Return Policy
Our products are handmade and made to order with lots of love and care.
We double check our products before sending them to ensure that they are perfect for your little ones.
If however upon receipt you feel the product is flawed, we are happy to discuss a refund or exchange.
The first step is to send us an email at bootiesandbowsshop@gmail.com clearly outlining the problem with the product, along with photos of the issue.
If there is a problem with the product, the next step is to return the product at your expense to our address which will be shared in our response to you.
Once received and processed we will issue a full refund, or replace the item for you.
Please note our policy lasts two days. If two days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging.

Wash Instructions
Hand Wash very gently with cold water only.
To dry just lay flat, please don't tumble dry.
Your Tutus may need a comb through with your fingers every now and then to keep them looking neat and fluffy.
Tutus are best stored on a hanger, either in your cupboard or on a hanger on a hook in your bedroom wall.
